Data sovereignty

On-prem, local-AI — zero data egress

For PE data sensitivity, this is the price of admission and a structural differentiator: there is no cloud round-trip for analysis or AI assistance.

Testify runs entirely inside the customer's own infrastructure — AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem via Docker — and all AI inference runs locally on open-weight models, so portfolio data never leaves the deployment. This is a hard architectural constraint, not a configuration option.

A structural property, not a setting

Testify deploys as a Docker container into your environment. There is no SaaS multi-tenancy, no vendor with access to your portfolio company data, and no third-party AI provider. All AI features — document import, assessment coaching, natural-language queries — run on a local model inside your deployment. Zero data is transmitted to external providers.

Why it matters for PE

Portfolio data is among the most sensitive a firm holds. A cloud-LLM GRC tool cannot match local inference without re-architecting, which is why on-prem GPU and provider-agnostic deployment are hard requirements for Testify rather than preferences. Among peers, only GetCybr offers a comparable self-hosted, bring-your-own-model architecture — and it targets MSPs, not PE investors.

Auditable by design

Every control-state change is logged with source, timestamp, and actor; evidence carries a tamper-evident SHA-256 hash re-verified on download. Board-ready reports and M&A due-diligence packages are generated inside your environment in hours, not weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Is Testify a SaaS product?

No. Testify is customer-hosted: it deploys as a Docker container into your own cloud or on-prem environment. There is no SaaS multi-tenancy and no vendor access to your data.

Where does Testify's AI run?

Locally, on open-weight models inside your deployment. No AI runs in the cloud and no data is sent to external AI providers — there is no cloud round-trip for analysis or AI assistance.

Can Testify run fully air-gapped or on-prem?

Yes. The same container runs on AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem, so you can deploy where your data-governance policy requires. Local inference means analysis and AI assistance work without external connectivity to a model provider.
